Meet the husband-wife duo behind the brand, Pearl Uppal & Gaurav Kachru. Pearl & Gaurav launched the fashion retail revolution in India with FashionAndYou.Com in 2009 & have continued to embed themselves into the eco-system over time. This is their 3rd venture in the fashion space, a spin off from their haute couture brand, Talking Threads (www.talkingthreads.in). Gaurav also continues to serve on the board of their portfolio companies of their investment firm, 5ideas Startup Superfuel while Pearl leads the Talking Threads business. Prior to these entrepreneurial ventures, Pearl used to run Sales for Yahoo.com in South Asia & ME while Gaurav was an Asia Pacific Director with GE, Manpower and has done CEO roles for brands like India Today Retail.
